There are a wide range of services available for people in the Pioneer Valley provided by ServiceNet. ServiceNet provides effective and responsive clinical, residential, rehabilitative, recovery and support services for people in need. Their staff of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, psychotherapists, social workers, counselors, physical and occupational therapists, and administrative and support staff are dedicated to helping adults, children, and families enhance their quality of life.

Their outpatient substance abuse program starts out with a comprehensive assessment for every client. With a complete evaluation the staff is able to guide their client’s in the right direction. Because everyone’s needs are different their clients are matched with the services that are appropriate for their individual needs which could be individual, family or group treatment or a combination.
ServiceNet’s Addiction Services has 3 recovery homes that serve as transitional residences for women and men that are 18 years and older who are in the early stages of recovery for substance abuse. The environment is lightly structured, drug free, and is maintained through twenty four hour staffing and case management services. Their residents learn to take responsibility for their own recovery process as they share and support each other.
The outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse services at ServiceNet are staffed with dedicated and experienced licensed mental health clinicians, psychiatrists, and nurses. The staff at ServiceNet provides exceptional treatment for a wide range of problems. Other programs provided are driver alcohol education, second offense aftercare, and community corrections.
The goal for their residents is to establish a meaningful drug free life and be able to return to their community and live independently. Their residents are encouraged to develop a recovery support system in the community that they can rely on after they’re discharged.
